The House of Fun
THE HOUSE OF FUN is a new modern variety show playing at a number of key venues around the UK.
Typical ingredients of this uproarious night include the likes of fantastic comedy, sparkling music, spellbinding magic, scintillating theatre and more in the company of Arthur Smith, compere beyond compare, playwright, king of comedians, professional Leonard Cohen impersonator and star of many radio and tv shows including ‘Loose Ends’ and ‘The Smith Lectures’, and tv’s ‘The One Show’ and ‘Grumpy Old Men’.
The first show was in October, 2014 at Blackheath Halls in London. It has subsequently played several times since at the Blackheath Halls, and at the Oxford Playhouse, Lawrence Batley Theatre, Huddersfield and the Durham Gala Theatre.
Shows so far have included include a whole host of superb performers, including Jenny Eclair, Hal Cruttenden, Mark Dolan, Dennis Greaves and Mark Feltham from Nine Below Zero, Tina C and Adam Hess.
